2  Already have ideal designs and need to get a quote

For a quick and good quotation, We need the following information:

Required files to quote for PCB fabrication

Gerber file (RS-274-X, or RS-274-D format), it should include following:

  • Trace layer
  • Aperature/D code file
  • NC Excellon Drill File
  • Drill Tool list (if not listed in NC Drill file)
  • Soldermask
  • Silkscreen
  • Readme.txt file

We can also accept other file, such as .PCB, PCBDOC, BRD, CAM, CAD, ODB++(.tgz), ASC and DXF.

Even if your new design has passed review,we still strongly recommend doing a small amount of prototyping to verify your circuit design and manufacturability before bulky production.It enables the reduction of the risk of costly rework during mass production.

Step 4: PCB Manufacturing

Once the prototypes have been verified, we will move forward to the production stage after obtaining the customer’s permission.

We will prepare all necessary materials for assembly while PCB production, so assembly can begin immediately after completing the PCB fabrication.

All the boards will be 100% Inspection and E-test.We will offer quality reports for your reexamination.

We offer consignment, full turnkey and partial turnkey assembly services.

We source all the parts directly from the manufacturers or from authorized distributors to avoid counterfeit parts.

Standard leads times range from 1-15 days. If BOM purchased by us, and the parts are not in stock,1 week will be added for most cases.

Packaging: Packaging usually involves sealing the material around the printed circuit board to keep dust, moisture and other foreign objects out. All our PCB boards are shipped in vacuum packages. All our PCBA boards are shipped with anti-static packaging and Shock-proof packaging.
