Project challenge
Lasgitec needs the ceramic PCB with good wearability.That means the conductor need to be with high content of Palladium, and need to protect the surface from oxidation.It is a big challenge to protect the surface which with AgPd from oxidation.
How to serve?
1 We customize ceramic PCB with special AgPd (30% content of Palladium).
2 We wear gloves for whole production process to protect Ceramic boards.
3 We pack the ceramic PCB with vacuum.
4 According to the forecast order, we prepare the raw material in advance. After placing official order, we can get all ceramic PCBs ready and ship to the customer within 2 weeks or sooner.
