The customer addresses an abundance of industry challenges with one platform technology. QOOL Chips® enable faster communications, 5G wireless, more reliable medical diagnostics, sustainable and mobile refrigeration. EON® energy harvesting chips allow battery-free Industrial IoT, Building IoT, and Wearables.
They need the ceramic PCB to work under very high power and it needs to be with good flatness on the surface.
What’s more, the copper thickness can’t be less than 90um and without any scratch on the surface.
After receiving customer request, we know the DBC ceramic PCB is the best technology to make such board.
Because DBC ceramic PCB can do heavy copper, from 1OZ to 10OZ is available. It also can do the ENEPIG surface finishing, so that customer can apply gold wire bonding on it.
